For security reasons, most banks will only accept application forms with physical signatures. Please print and physically sign your form before scanning and reuploading in Xero. Confirm with your bank the signature on record, then reapply for the bank feed in Xero. Contact your bank to add signatories to your bank account before reapplying for the bank feed.
There are multiple signatures on file at the bank for this bank account. Each signature on file needs to be on the application form.
